Kartoffelsalat

🇪🇦 Kartoffelsalat

- 4 patatas

- 4 pepinillos

- 1/2 cebolla fresca

- 5 cucharadas de mayonesa (ver post bravas)

- 3 salchichas estilo frankfurt

- 1 cucharadita de mostaza dijon

Cocer las patatas enteras sin pelar con las salchichas en abundante agua. Pelar y cortar las patatas en dados. Cortar las salchichas y los pepinillos en rodajas de medio centímetro. Picar la cebolla y mezclar todo con la mayonesa y la mostaza.

- 4 potatoes

- 4 pickles

- 1/2 fresh onion

- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise (see post bravas)

- 3 frankfurt style sausages

- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

Cook the whole unpeeled potatoes with the sausages in plenty of water. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the sausages and pickles into half centimeter slices. Chop the onion and mix everything with the mayonnaise and the mustard.
