Galletas de chocolate

🇪🇦 Galletas de chocolate ! 🍪😋

- 90 g mantequilla

- 70 g azúcar moreno

- 30 g azúcar blanco

- 1 huevo

- 125 g pepitas de chocolate

- 125 g harina de trigo

- 1,5 g sal

- 1,75 g levadura royal

Integra en un bol grande todos los ingredientes uno por uno, en el orden de la receta. Haz bolas de la mezcla con una cuchara y congela 30 min en una bandeja con papel de hornear.

Precalienta el horno a 210ºC y hornéalas durante 6 min. Sácalas de horno y NO LAS TOQUES. Espera 30 min y podrás comerlas.

- 90 g butter

- 70 g brown sugar

- 30 g white sugar

- 1 egg

- 125 g chocolate chips

- 125 g wheat flour

- 1,5 g salt

- 1,75 g royal powder

Put all the ingredients one by one in a large bowl, in the order of the recipe. Scoop balls and freeze for 30 min on a sheet of parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 210ºC and bake them for 6 min. Remove the sheet from oven and DO NOT TOUCH them yet. After 30 mins you can eat your cookies. Enjoy !
